Introducing summer electives for Passage (Sunday School) this year! Come check what we have to offer while you're on break, we only ask that you commit to one of these classes over the course of the entire summer. We already started last week!
Book Study on Daniel
Life Center Rm 305 | Low Commitment
Our narrative study on the book of Daniel helps us examine how Daniel and his friends continued to trust in God despite opposition from rulers and authorities. We will be covering the following themes hoping to accomplish the listed objectives:
Themes: (from Life Application Study Bible)
1. God is in Control – God is all-knowing and is in-charge. God overrules. God delivers.
2. Purpose in Life – Serve God regardless of the circumstances. Be dedicated & committed.
3. Perseverance – Be persistent. Do not compromise your faith. Have integrity of faith.
4. God’s Faithfulness – God cares for His people and deals patiently with them.
Class Objectives:
1. Students will know and trust that God is in control. Students will prayerfully trust in Him.
2. Students will strive to fulfill their Godly purpose in their local context and circumstances.
3. Students will resolve to stay true to their faith in God through consistent disciplines.
4. Students will learn and practice how to study the Bible especially narrative text.
5. Students will be prepared to study the Bible by reading the passage in the prior week.
Book Study on Radical (by David Platt)
Life Center Rm 302 | Medium Commitment
Do you believe that Jesus is worth abandoning everything for? In this day an age, we often mold the Gospel to fit how we live. How have we done that? What did Jesus really say about being a disciple? Come study and discuss this book by International Mission Board President, David Platt. Weekly readings required for each class--if absent a week, must submit answers to discussion questions via email. Email Spencer Sun for homework and reading assignment due 6/21!
Missions Formation Experience

Flight's primary missions focus this summer is an opportunity to receive training and aims to expand your perspective in the area of missions.
