2019 Thailand Missions Leaving Soon!

Hi everyone! I can't believe it's so close to lift off time, and soon we'll be in Thailand trying to do God's work. Thank you again to all those who have offered prayer, finances, or just general support for this trip. It means so much to us that we have a church and Church family family that can extend love in this way. 

This last quarter of my college career was definitely a draining one. There was still research papers and finals and the strangely stressful graduation to attend to, and it was difficult keeping my heart on Thailand. Through all of it though, God still proved faithful through church and fellowship community offering prayer and support. There's an overwhelming sense of unity in mission for this trip that I'm so grateful for. 

 This year, going back to Thailand, I hope to build on the relationships that I formed last year, both with the ministry staff and the students. I hope to overcome the fear and introversion that, in the past, allowed me to convinced myself that I'm not as useful. I hope to give myself over to the Spirit completely, and follow His promptings with boldness and joy. 

Here are some prayer requests before we go!
  • God
    • Pray that God’s will be done in our team, wherever that may lead us to do.
    • Pray that He would shine brightly through each member of the team.
  • People
    • Thai People
      • Pray that they may have soft hearts to receive the message of the Gospel
      • Pray that many would come to the Centre to learn and play.
    • Our People
      • Pray for team unity, that we’d be led and obedient to the Spirit together.
  • Me
    • Pray that I would be bold and unashamed of the Gospel.
    • Pray against any insecurities or expectations from the previous year that may hinder any of my work this year.
