May & June Flight Itinerary

The month of May is almost over, but this itinerary still counts, right? Some of you have wrapped another year of school, others have less than a month to go, and a few of you have graduated already--CONGRATS! But as we slowly ease into summer, let's remember to use our time wisely, intentionally, and focused on following God's will. Whether you have major plans, vacations, or just staying at home, let's make sure to continue to move and strive towards growing in our faith with the time we've been given. Here are a few things to happening in the next 1-2 months!

Junior, Junior High, and High School Camp

Want to serve the next generation of believers? This is a great way to mentor, help grow, and challenge elementary and youth to follow God and get to know Him more. Camp is a great opportunity and experience for those growing up and God might be calling you to be a part of this great impact. Check out http://fcbc.org/campcounselorinfo for the details. If you want to serve in Junior High or High School Camp, there is a mandatory training session on Sat, May 25 at church. Please contact those specific leaders if you cannot make this first session.

Coach: Summer Discipleship 2019

Summer is almost upon us which means Coach will be starting soon! If you don’t know, Coach is historically a 1-on-1 mentorship program in which upperclassmen (3rd - 4th+ years) can mentor underclassmen (1st - 2nd years). But students mentoring other students is like the extremely blind leading the even more blind, so this year we wanted to try something different by recruiting the Trailblazers ministry (Adults 55+) into this summer’s Coach program! Through the process, we hope to bridge the generation gap that exists between adults and youth in our FCBC family and gain wisdom from older, more experienced elders of the church. This summer, we are combining with Young Adults and Adults by offering many great classes for you to choose from. We'll be combining for a special assembly with Young Adults and Adults on Sunday, June 2, to have breakfast, hear from the Thailand Missions Team, and get introduced to our class offerings for the summer.
