March Flight Itinerary

We're already 2 months into 2017, I can't believe it! Are you keeping up with your commitments? How has God grown you so far this year? I hope it's been a few months of challenging and shaping you to be more like Jesus. Let's look at what's in store this month for Flight Ministry:

FCBC 65th Church Anniversary - "United Praise"
Sun, Mar 12  |  10:30am  |  Adobe Parking Lot
Let's join together as one church to celebrate God's goodness to our church for the past 65 years! We'll be having a single service for all age groups, languages, and people to worship together.

Tickets for a “light lunchbox” available for $1 each (age 3 & up) between services in Worship Center courtyard, Praise Center, H/Truth MPR. Last purchase date: 3/5. No tickets will be sold 3/12. Must bring ticket on that day to redeem lunchbox. Parking will be available on the street and in Bamboo Plaza for $3 (just write "FCBC" on the back of your ticket as you exit).

Before our church's anniversary service, come down early for a special Attendants: Breakfast gathering. We'll bring in food and enjoy a time of getting to know each other more through sharing and games. Coming early on this day will guarantee good parking--but please DO NOT park in Adobe Parking Lot (it's reserved for those with physical disability and young children). We would suggest parking in Bamboo Plaza and walking over.

Lift Off! 40 Days of Sacrifice (Lent)

Our latest prayer campaign has already started and it focuses on praying for the refugee crisis happening in our world. But we will spend some dedicated days praying for the people of Syria and those that have been displaced from that region. Not only are we praying, but we're asking for an act of sacrifice by giving towards the refugees of Syria. More information and the prayer countdown can be found here. Let's pray and practice sacrifice together!

Customs: Summer Missions
Don't let this month pass without thinking about what you might be able to do and go for God this summer. If you have an idea on summer missions, or simply want to go on missions somewhere, contact us! Look ahead in your calendar and plan to come back to celebrate the work of Christ on the cross for us. Even think about bringing a friend to one or both of these events! This is a great opportunity to connect back with your church, community, and Christ. Hope to see you there!
