It's fall right? It sure doesn't feel like it at least...but let's hope for cooler weather and changing seasons! As we move into our later months of the year, let's remember the Lord in times of plenty and in times of want. Whether you're doing well or struggling, know that God is by your side and He is in control--thank Him and draw close to Him no matter the circumstances. In this time of 'harvest' month, let us look to our spiritual Gardener to do as He wishes with us: “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me." (John 15:1-4 NIV)

FCBC Fall Baptism

Want to get baptized this fall? FCBC will have a baptism service in November. That means you'll need to turn in an application, get 3 references, and write a 2-page testimony. HUB: Autumn Festival

Come join us for some food, fellowship, and catching-up. We'll hear testimonies of what God is doing in the lives of some of our students and enjoy some sharing together. Make plans for coming back so we can see each other!

Passports! Passports! Passports!
This month would be the perfect time to apply for a passport if you're thinking about missions in the (near) future. And even if you're not, you never know when God will call you to an opportunity outside of the country. Be ready and willing by taking care of this simple, but necessary step. Customs (Missions) 2017
Those passports will come in handy for our house building trips in Mexico: February 17-20 and March 25-28. More info can be found here. We're planning trip(s) for early summer too, begin praying that God may lead you to join a team going out of the country!
