August Flight Itinerary

Hello from Pine Summit! And welcome to August! This summer is just blowing by us, I can't believe it. I hope you have been able to enjoy the time away from school, relaxing, getting things done, and serving in various areas of ministry. Here are some important events happening as the summer comes to a close:

College & Young Adult (CYA) Camp
August 5-7  |  Cal Lutheran College  |  Thousand Oaks, CA
Come and find refreshment, relaxation, and fuel for the new year. Our theme is "jumpstart" and hopes to encourage us as we begin another school and church year. It's not too late to sign up! Cost is $150 for the weekend--help for payment is available for those who need it. Don't miss out on this opportunity to fellowship together!

Flight Kick-off Meeting
Friday, August 12  |  FCBC  | 7:00pm
Join us for a time to remember this past year and look ahead into the new church year! We'll have dinner provided and a time to get to know one another and the ministry. Come hungry and ready to fellowship--this event includes incoming freshmen and outgoing seniors! Look for an event on Facebook soon.

Join the church in prayer together. We'll have a time to pray for specific Flight Ministry requests and then go out to Scoops for ice cream, covered by Flight Ministry. Incoming freshmen are welcomed!

The New Church Year!

We're moving up the start of the church year! Don't forget to move up (seniors!) and be ready for the incoming freshmen. Join us on Sunday at Passage (LC 302-303, 8:45am) for a great start to the new year!
