Lift Off! Month of Missionaries (2016) - Day 31

Missions Information
June 13 - July 25
Location: East Asia
Organization: EPIC

As a team, we will be sharing our faith, being trained in evangelism, learning about the culture, and studying the language. The location where we will be going is in the 10/40 window, home to the largest unreached people groups in the world. The people of this region are examples of the truth told in 2 Corinthians 4:4, which says that “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” In the end, I hope to see God’s love for the people of this country, and to share the good news to such an unreached region.

Please pray for health--it is a long trip in an unfamiliar environment so pray that health won’t be a distraction from our mission. Also for spiritual preparation--that our hearts and minds will be ready for the trip, that we will look to God in all things. And lastly for unity--that our team will grow together as we support and learn from one another.
