October Flight Itinerary

I'm really hoping the weather changes soon. Isn't it fall already?? Anyways, now that you're all (finally) in school-mode, don't forget about some upcoming events back here at FCBC, you're always welcome back--don't forget to check-in, say 'hi', and join us as we engage God together. Some things happening in October:

Passage Curriculum

We'll be ending our series on "5 Essentials of the Church" this Sunday, Oct 4. But we'll also have a review of this series and discussion questions on Oct 11--even if you haven't been here for the whole series, you can always join-in on the conversation. We'll start a new curriculum on Oct 18, so you're always welcome back to see what we're studying.

 Alpine Recreation Center Halloween Carnival

Our neighbors, Alpine Park is hosting their annual Halloween Carnival for the community of Chinatown this month. Come be a part of helping this community by volunteering at the park's biggest event all year. We'll take groups of people for a couple hours to help a booth and run various events at the park. If you're school's fellowship wants to get together as a group to volunteer at this event, let Darren know soon! Email at darrenlo[at]fcbc{dot}com

Passports! Passports! Passports!
This month would be the perfect time to apply for a passport if you're thinking about missions in the (near) future. And even if you're not, you never know when God will call you to an opportunity outside of the country. Be ready and willing by taking care of this simple, but necessary step. Those passports will come in handy for our house building trips in Mexico: February 12-15 and March 19-22. More info can be found here. We're planning trip(s) for early summer too, begin praying that God may lead you to join a team going out of the country!
