 Voter Education and Discussion—Keep your horses and bayonets at home! 
Sunday, Oct 28. 12:45-3:00pm, Life Ctr, rm 304-305. This week's installment: State Propositions, Immigration & Race, Entitlements (Medicare, Social Security, etc). Are you ready to vote? Get informed and make an informed decision.

 Alpine Community Center Needs Our Help. 
Saturday, Oct 27; FCBC has been contacted to help with this annual event. 

The Event: 12 to 15 different game booths, 4 bounce houses, a pumpkin contest, face painting, food, tickets, prizes, and other fun activities. Most of it is geared to elementary school children. This year, in particular, they seem to be short on volunteers.

The Help:
Set up is from 9 AM to Noon.
First Shift is from Noon to 3 PM.
2nd Shift is from 3 PM until about 6 PM 
Clean up is from 6 PM until 8 PM.

No need to bring anything (except maybe sunscreen).  All of the activities are already planned by Alpine.  They are offering a free lunch ticket to each volunteer. Bring a friend to help.
