February Flight Itinerary

A little late, but welcome to February! Have you gotten used to writing '2018' yet? Now that everyone is a few weeks into their new term, let's not forget to pause and be thankful for all that we have. Whether you're in school, taking a break, or just tired, take a moment to praise God for who He is, what He has provided you, and what He has done. Reflect on that goodness no matter what circumstance you're in--this will be good preparation as we enter into the Easter season. And before we the month slip away, here are some important things to remember right now and beyond!

Amor: Mexico House Building Missions

We've been partnering with a House-Building Ministry in Mexico (Amor) for the past few years to serve the people across the border. This is a great opportunity to engage in missions if you've never been on a trip before. Some physical labor required. Sign up here, don't wait! Come. Build. Hope.

Customs: Prayer
Sundays in Feb  |  Worship Center (organ side)  |  12:00pm - 12:15pm
Right after worship service, let's gather together and pray about where God may be leading us on missions this summer. We're heavily considering going back to Thailand and are working on details, but let's lift this up in prayer together! This will be a quick prayer gathering with short, guided prayer instructions--it'll only last about 10 min. Please find Rochelle Lai, Kristy Leung, and/or Noel Wong as they lead us in prayer!

Passports! Get your passports!
Considering summer missions? Take a look at your passport and make sure it us renewed, up-to-date, and not expiring soon. Some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 6-months upon entering. If you need to renew, do so now, it could take 6-8 weeks to process.

Easter Season 2018
Lent (Feb 18 - Mar 29)  |  Good Friday (March 30)  |  Easter Sunday (April 1)
Easter is just around the corner, start preparing, thinking, and remembering the great sacrifice of Jesus Christ now. This season is an opportunity to acknowledge the great work of the Gospel in our own lives, so don't let it pass you by or forget until the last minute. What is something you might sacrifice (Lent)? How will you remember? How will you take steps to recognize and be grateful?
