January Flight Itinerary

Happy New Year and welcome to 2017! Whether last year was difficult, uneventful, or delightful, let's look forward to a new year of growth, expectation, and even testing from God. I hope you'll commit to new things--especially focused in on God's Word. May He be our truth and guide in this new, exciting year. Join us for the following Flight ministries:

Annex schedule
We're kicking off Annex soon! Check out the schedule on the right side of this page and mark your calendars to see us on your campus soon. Let us know if you know of any conflicts!

 Baptism
Take a step of faith this year! Baptism is a great step of obedience in your walk with Christ and a chance to commit to our church. We have a baptism service coming up on February 26, so that means applications are due January 15, and membership class is February 4. Look to see if you're free to come back for these important dates. Let Darren know if you have interest or any questions: darrenlo[at]fcbc[dot]org

Amor House Building Trip #1
Want to do missions this winter? Our first trip to Mexico is February 12-15 and sign-ups are already OPEN. Reserve your spot and go looking for that passport (it IS required and make sure it's not expired). More info and sign ups can be found here.

 Customs + Lift Off!
Thinking of going on missions this summer? Let's start to pray about where God is leading. Let's pray together to see how God may be leading us! Beginning Jan 8, we'll start a special Lift Off! prayer campaign that will help us focus on where God may guide us to missions, but also to stir a great heart for evangelism wherever we are, look for an announcement soon!

Send Conference  |  Feb 3-4  |  Long Beach, CA
Are you ready to join the everyday mission of God? The Send North America Conference is a two-day gathering of the church in North America. The heart of this gathering is to see a movement of people from within the church living out the mission of God in their everyday lives. More info here.

We have an opportunity as Flight Ministry to join in this conference dedicated to focusing on our mission to the world. Interested in missions this summer? This is a great way to dedicate time to seeking God's guidance and counsel to where He might want you to go. Come join us as we seek God together! Since this is a conference, we'll need those attending to register here. The cost is $50 and includes 3 meals during the conference!
