Lift Off! New Year - Day 01

Day 01: "Recognized"
In light of what we prayed yesterday about 'derecognition', let's pray for recognition by our campus ministries despite any difficulty or speed-bumps that may come our way this year.

“Derecognition” might finally be the catalyst on our campuses to see the gospel run like wildfire.

Please read this article.

Ephesians 6:12-13, 18
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm...With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints...

Pray that we would emphasize our relationships with those on our campuses. That we would be bold to carry the message of forgiveness, grace, and fellowship to everyone around us despite the possibility that meetings won't occur on campus. Pray that we use our conversations and words to speak love and truth into the lives of our classmates, roommates, and friends. That we would speak out and continue to share our Christ-like lives despite any formal gathering or presentation in large groups. And pray that the Gospel of Jesus Christ would cause many to seek and respond. That we would have faith and courage to use this powerful message everyday.
