Flight Report 09.02.14 - Back To School!
As summer unofficially comes to an end after Labor Day, it's time to get ready for school! If you've started already or still waiting a few weeks, begin with great habits! They say it takes 2-3 weeks of consistent sleep, studying, and scheduling to make good habits. So don't wait! Plan to get yourself on a constant schedule of sleeping, eating, studying, going to fellowship, and spending quality time with God within the early weeks and it will make your quarter/semester easier in the long-run.
Wed, Sep 3, 7:45pm, Praise Center
Come pray with us this Wednesday for a special prayer meeting focused on the beginning of the school year. We'll be joined by the Youth too, so come join us! (If we get 10 or more collegians, Flight Ministry will treat you all out to Scoops ice cream afterward!)

This seminar will cover the biblical command and model for apologetics. The speaker will also address common questions such as, “How do we know there is a God?”, “Can I trust the Bible?”, “Don’t all religions teach the same thing?”, and “How can I believe in God when there is so much evil?” Anyone who is sharing the Gospel in our post-Christian culture has encountered these questions (and even asked these questions themselves). Dr. Groza's bio can be found here.
Lunch Provided! 12:00pm, Life Center 302-303, RSVP by Sep 12 here.
